“I’m getting old now! I’m nearly 40” Greg Lake returns to Geordie Shore after 11 years

In the most recent episode of the Geordie Shore reunion series, which aired on Tuesday (September 27), viewers saw Geordie Shore cast members from all 23 series come together for a massive party.

The most unexpected arrival at the party was Greg Lake, 37, who was one of the original cast members back in the first series in 2011. Greg didn’t return to Geordie Shore for series two, although he was a firm favourite among fans of the show.

After the show, Greg welcomed a baby with Hollyoaks star, Jennifer Metcalfe, but the couple split in 2020. Greg explained on the show that he has been with his current girlfriend Alicia, for a year and a half. Greg also mentioned that he owns a restaurant in Morpeth, named Novo. “I really didn’t think I was going to come back, but curiosity got the better of me.” Greg said.

“I’m getting old now! I’m nearly 40.” He said, when speaking with Charlotte Crosby and Sophie Kasaei, after they complimented him on how well he looked.

The episode also showed Jay Gardner revealing that he is now vegan and conscious of his alcohol intake saying: “I’m in a really good place”. Jay alongside Scott Timlin and James Tindale also spoke of how they don’t hear from Gaz Beadle anymore.

The series is airing on MTV, Now TV and Paramount + on Tuesdays.
