I visited Eldon Square’s Fashion and Beauty masterclasses and left feeling inspired

Eldon Square hosted an exciting weekend of Fashion and Beauty masterclasses, courtesy of experts in the industry. 

Providing valuable expertise in fashion and beauty to the Eldon Square shopping community, the event which was hosted by BBC Newcastle’s Anna Foster was a glittering success. 

Ahead of the Spring Summer season, Eldon Square fashion and beauty experts chatted through upcoming trends, tips and advice for looking and feeling fresh, fearless and fabulous.

The group of experts also showcases clothing, accessories and beauty products, all available to purchase from Newcastle’s top shopping destination. 

Although each day of the masterclasses were different, the one I attended was incredibly insightful, informative and inspiring.

Television stylist Maddie Sidebottom delivered a fashion masterclass, with four models showcasing outfits from different Eldon Square stores including; All Saints, Hollister and New Look. 

John Lewis fashion guru Jolie Ince spoke of upcoming trends including pinstripe suits, trench coats among many more, showcasing many different clothing styles available to purchase from John Lewis. Ince also explained the styling appointments John Lewis offers, from helping to choose a pair of jeans, to a wedding outfit. 

Make-up artist Rubey Lalia, talked through the best make-up tips, application, and trends using the Kiko brand, which also has its own store in Eldon Square. 

Lastly, make-up artist Amanda Bell chatted to the audience about the importance of skincare, demonstrating how to use specific products from the Espa brand, which is available to purchase in John Lewis.

The event was very exciting for those who love all things fashion and beauty, and I left feeling inspired to purchase trending outfits and experiment with new styles.
